Coconut, chocolate paleo wonder

  • 21 oz shredded unsweetend coconut,
  • 1 banana,
  • 3.3 oz water,
  • 20 dates,
  • 3 tablespoon of cocoa powder,
  • 3 tablespoon erythritol,
  • 3 tablesppon of coconut oil,
  • 1 cocomas,
  • 1 teaspoon ground vanilla.


  • Preheat oven to 350 F,
  • Pulse the banana in a food processor then add into it the shredded coconut and the water,
  • Mix well, then put this mixture into a baking pan and put in the oven for 20-25 minutes,


  • Until your mixture is baking, make the creme: put all the other ingredients (exept the dates) into a medium size bowl and mix well,
  • Put the dates into your food processor and pulse until get a lightly mass. When you are ready with the dates, add them to the creme,


  • When your coconut base is ready, take out and let is cool,
  • After all lubricate your creme on top of the cake,


  • Put your cake into the fridge and let it cool for approx. 2 hour.
