Bacon-wrapped paleo meatloaves

  • 2.2 lb ground pork,
  • 17 strips of bacon,
  • 1/4 cup cocomas,
  • 1/4 cup water,
  • 4 garlic cloves,
  • ground black pepper,
  • salt,
  • basil,
  • oregano,
  • cayenne pepper,
  • marjoram.


  • Preheat the oven to 400 F,
  • In a big bowl combine the meat, the spices, the garlic, the water and the cocomas,


  • Take a muffin tin and place a slice of bacon around the sides of each hole,
  • Fill all holes with the meat mixture,
  • Place in the oven and cook for 30-35 minutes.
