Paleo walnut and banana pudding

  • 2 ripe bananas,
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk,
  • 4 tablespoon chia seeds,
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground vanilla,
  • 1 small handful walnut.


  • In a food processor combine the banana, vanilla, coconut milk, walnut. Process until creamy smooth,
  • Add the chia seeds and pulse a few time to mix evenly.

Note: this is a very easy to make dessert which is really healthy and nutritious. 🙂
