- 2 ripe bananas,
- 1/2 cup coconut milk,
- 4 tablespoon chia seeds,
- 1/2 teaspoon ground vanilla,
- 1 small handful walnut.
- In a food processor combine the banana, vanilla, coconut milk, walnut. Process until creamy smooth,
- Add the chia seeds and pulse a few time to mix evenly.
Note: this is a very easy to make dessert which is really healthy and nutritious. 🙂
