Serves: 1 big or 2 small
Ingredients:
For the cake:
- 3 tablespoon coconut flour,
- 3 tablespoon cocoa powder,
- 2 tablespoon of honey,
- 1 egg,
- 2,5 tablespoon coconut oil,
- 1 teaspoon ground vanilla,
- 3 tablespoon hazelnut milk or almond milk or coconut milk.
For garnish:
- 1 teaspoon ground vanilla,
- 6 tablespoon almond milk or almond milk or coconut milk,
- 3 teaspoon tapioca starch or tapioca flour.
Directions:
- Throw all ingredients (for the cake) in a mug and mix it up. I used a fork but I think a mixer is good too,
- Put your mug into the microwave for 5 minutes (on middle high),
- Mix the garnish ingredients and pour to the mixture.
- EAT! 🙂
Note:
- You can put some dried fruits or chocolate chips to the mixture.
