Cinnamon Pumpkin Paleo Balls

  • 1,5 cup coconut oil,
  • 1 1/2 cup pumpkin puree,
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup,
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon,
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla,
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg,
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt,
  • extra cinnamon for dusting.


  • Heat coconut oil in a medium saucepan,
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix until all ingredients are combined,
  • Pour into another pan and refrigerate for 45 minutes,
  • Roll the mixture into balls and dust with extra cinnamon.
