- 1,5 cup coconut oil,
- 1 1/2 cup pumpkin puree,
- 1/2 cup maple syrup,
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon,
- 1 teaspoon vanilla,
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg,
- 1/2 teaspoon salt,
- extra cinnamon for dusting.
- Heat coconut oil in a medium saucepan,
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix until all ingredients are combined,
- Pour into another pan and refrigerate for 45 minutes,
- Roll the mixture into balls and dust with extra cinnamon.
