Turkey meatloaf with vegetables

  • 500 grams of minced meat (I had a turkey leg) ,
  • 2 large onions,chopped,
  • 3 cloves garlic,chopped,
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper,
  • 1 teaspoon salt,
  • 1 egg,
  • coconut oil,
  • vegetables.


  • Cut the onions and garlic and add the to meat,
  • Season with salt and pepper, then mix it,


  • Form balls with wet hands and fry in coconut oil,


  • Eat with vegetables.
