Homemade paleo ketchup

Ingredients:

  • 350 ml tomato paste,ketchup
  • 4,5 dl water,
  • 3,5 teaspoon (white) vinegar,
  • 1 teaspoon salt,
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder,
  • 1 pinch of Cayenne pepper,
  • 1 teaspoon erythritol,
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil.

Directions:

  • Measure all ingredients into a cooker and cook on medium-high (for about 30 minutes).
  • Just stop when it look like ketchup to you.
  • Let cool.
  • Use where ever ketchup is called for and enjoy!
