- 350 ml tomato paste,
- 4,5 dl water,
- 3,5 teaspoon (white) vinegar,
- 1 teaspoon salt,
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder,
- 1 pinch of Cayenne pepper,
- 1 teaspoon erythritol,
- 3 tablespoon olive oil.
- Measure all ingredients into a cooker and cook on medium-high (for about 30 minutes).
- Just stop when it look like ketchup to you.
- Let cool.
- Use where ever ketchup is called for and enjoy!
