Egg Breakfast Muffins

The recipe makes 12 muffins.

Ingredients:

  • 8 eggs,1507584_10203155730388851_4935401932736877069_n
  • 1 cup dices broccoli,
  • 1 cup dices onion,
  • 1 cup diced mushrooms,
  • 2 pinch salt,
  • 2 pinch pepper.

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200 Celcius.
  • Dice all vegetables.
  • In a bowl whisk together egges, vegetables, salt and pepper.
  • Put the mixture into muffin pans, the mixture should fill 12 muffin cups.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
