- 3 ripe avocados – peeled and pitted,
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder or cocoa powder,
- 2 tsp vanilla extract,
- 1 pinch of Himalaya salt,
- 2 teaspoons raw honey,
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon.
Put the avocados, cocoa, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt into your blender and puree on high for 30 to 60 seconds, until smooth and creamy.
Refrigerate the pudding and serve cold. Enjoy!
Tip: Note-the pudding works best with ripe avocados that don’t have any brown discolorations.
